Multiples of the coin are available in tubes of 25 coins or Monster Boxes of 250 coins, with a total of 10 tubes in the box. Perth Mint issues these coins with an unlimited mintage, indicating it will strike the coins through 2022 until the next coin is ready for 2023.
The Australian Silver Kangaroo debuted in 2016. Though it was the third major silver bullion coin to debut at Perth Mint behind the Silver Kookaburra, Silver Koala, and the Silver Wedge Tail Eagle, the Silver Kangaroo made a splash as the first-ever .9999 pure silver coin from Perth Mint.
Queen Elizabeth II is on the obverse of 2022 Australian Silver Kangaroo Coins. This design from Jody Clark was created in 2015 for the Royal Mint and made its debut on Australian coins in 2018. The image features the Queen at the age of 89 wearing the George IV State Diadem Crown. This design is the sixth-generation effigy to feature on Australian coins.
