For the USPS, tracking that hasn’t been updated for five or more calendar days is considered lost in transit. It is three calendar days for UPS. You have three days from the last UPS tracking date and seven days from the last USPS tracking date to get in touch with us. Insurance won’t pay for the package if you don’t get in touch with us by these deadlines.
